The movie is actually pretty woke because it says colonialism is bad (whether it be humans trying to conquer another country or Kal-El being encouraged to take over Earth and make a harem) and also Superman is an illegal immigrant. Of course, Critical Grifter is unable to twist the movie to fit his usual narrative of what woke is, so he's forced to like it.
