>>212653319I kind of think the moral of the comic is that the kind of person who can really become a superhero is a psychopath. Ozymandias, Rorschach, and Manhattan are all "real" superheroes and the comic portrays them as out of touch with humanity. Moore seems to want us to think that the "real" heroes of the story are Dan and Laurie, two flawed human beings who are nonetheless "human" as opposed to "superhuman."
