It was the best decade for these types of films.

For me, it's Copycat (1995).

I didn't really know much about two of them. I'm an old chunk of coal that has been writing film reviews for a living since before most of the current userbase of this shithole were in the womb too lel. It's a pretty good list, and most likely most of the films listed wouldn't be known by most people.

I have read halfway through and it is the most unique premise I had seen since I started at 13. It might be gimmicky but I have yet to see another book match it. The stars, my destination is close near the ending. It is a modern classic and you would be hoping on a trendy bandwagon if you disliked it to be contradictory.

I think its co-written by Christopher Lambert, which makes it kinda interesting.
Its a nice thriller, clearly taking alot of inspiration from the era with the "90's noir".
It would be more well known if it wasnt so close to Se7en.

Absolutely love this one. Used to be on HBO quite a bit late at night when I was a kid and it was my first time seeing a Lovecraftian film. I forgot the name of it for years and eventually found out what it was through a thread asking fellow film bros what movie I was remembering from seeing it as a kid. It's still one of the best Lovecraft films ever made, if not the best.
