Good.
I hope movies themselves die as well.
Video Games are the ultimate form of entertainment, books are also great and timeless.
But movies? Outdated, limited, garbage.

Yes. If I want to go to an arcade, there's still options, but I gotta be willing to travel a bit. Generation X isn't letting this one go, no way. One of the good things Boomers imparted to us was the deluxe theater-going experience.
Lobby, arcade, refreshments, an intermission for the right films, and gimmicks. Add those things to an already competent presentation and people will keep coming back.
I'm sure Millennials are interested, but Zoomers are probably too warped to care. Who knows.

Films aren't obsolete or limited, they fucked them up on purpose for the sake of the trans/fag/satan agenda. Every pos engaged in it right now, that will be their legacy. Bob Iger and KK and the rest will go down as some of the worst custodians of art and its business, of all time. This is stabbing the golden goose to death because you hate that people like your product.

Do you not realize that they play first run movies too now? Then they rent out times for big bucks as well. They also sell alcohol, unlike most theaters, but that one's a bad idea generally, but that's beside the point of revenue.

>all the major movie theater chains will get bought by Disney and they will literally turn them into theme parks

LOL Disney is going broke just robbing Peter to pay Paul within its own meager growth plans, anon, and they don't got that kind of money.

Now, if you said Apple wanted to buy all theaters, then I won't laugh because they got that much cash.

You missed the point entirely.

It's about full (maximum) world immersion. You can explore and observe the world however you want.
It's no longer limited to just one or a few perspectives chosen by the creator.

this would be nice but player agency completely changes the way storytelling can work. you can't have a hero's journey if the main character is an inattentive teenager who thinks character development is "gay".
