>>212716299I don't mind if the trailers attached to the specific movie by the studio start at that time, but some theaters keep playing their own ads well past it. Twice I've been to an AMC where the movie began over 40 minutes after the time on the ticket and most of that was just regular commercials for car insurance and cell phones. At that point you're cutting into people's plans for the rest of the day since there's no way to know when the movie will actually end and I think leaving early in those cases should be grounds for a refund.
