Galactus CAN be as big as Celestials if he wishes so.
But yeah, usually he's between 20-100meters.
Also, he looks human only to us. A part of his lore is that mortals have trouble to conceptualize Galactus, so we don't really see him as he really is. Some aliens saw him as a giant space squid.
