She'd be up there but her longevity and overall cultural impact will be seriously hampered because everyone hated the way the show ended. I still think she's pipped by others.
Barbie is extremely iconic and has been around forever and her popularity hasn't waned at all.
Wonder Woman is pretty iconic and has been around for over 80 years.
Princess Leia is pretty iconic and everyone knows her instantly from her hair and the gold bikini.
Recently I'd say Harley Quinn probably became slightly more iconic.

I don't think many people will remember her in a few years, hell some might've forgotten about her already.
If you are talking exclusively about film and tv characters then maybe princess Leia since original Star Wars trilogy has been quite popular for a while.
