use the force to redirect the laser, defeating the first order (they spent their entire military budget on the laser)

If TLJ got one thing right its no one coming to the Resistance's aid when Leia called
If I saw the Empire II just wipe out the entire government in a single attack, the last thing I'd do is get involved in any of that.
If, in TROS, some random guy would then be like "hey Palpatine is somehow returning, we need everyone in the galaxy to come across the galaxy through this dangerous path to an ancient evil sith planet on a suicide mission against the boss of the people who just killed five planets", then realistically no one would come help and just assume "eh it'll probably work out, I really don't want to face certain death"

Why didn't the rebels just send ship after ship on autopilot directly into the starkiller base or whatever it was called. Holdo that shit. Or just slap boosters on asteroids and send them flying into the nuempire

It's crazy how 4 years after the trilogy ended and Disney has done nothing with it. They haven't expanded on anything from the movies. Everyone still talks about 1-6 but nobody cares about the Sequels. Insane how mismanaged this was.

There is literally nothing of value in the ST.

The only "fans" which still defend it defend solely because it's the only mainstream film to portray a hybristophilic relationship in a remotely positive light, and that is confined to a single subplot in a single film of the trilogy. The rest of the ST could burn, as far as they are and everyone is concerned, so long as they get Reylo content to vicariously relive their failed "i can fix him" relationship history.

The ending leaves little ambiguity. Like seriously at least with Return of The Jedi they still had to deal with the rest of the Empire. In Rise of Skywalker the entire nu-empire gets destroyed. The only story they have left is Rey's new jedi order and apparently they don't want to tell that story (kind of assumed Acolyte was a test run for that.)

The galaxy not giving a fuck is one of the stupidest parts of TLJ, because it implies that the entirety of the republic’s power rested in five planets.
The ST wants us to believe that the first order is enough of a threat to lose their main weapon and still steamroll the galaxy in less than a week, but absolutely nobody gave enough of a shit to even be concerned about their rise to power? That there was no mustering of forces to fight a very obvious incoming threat?

Yes, I’m well aware that the NuEU makes it clear that this is precisely what happened, but that’s because it was written by absolute retards who decided a woman who lived through the clone wars would think that a militarily weak republic was a good idea.
I’m also aware that the ST didn’t even bother bringing up that the only fleet the republic had was stationed next to their capital and wiped out, because NuWars writers replaced their testosterone with ꜱoy and don’t get how militaries work, so they don’t even have that retarded excuse for why the fuck the galaxy didn’t bother fight.

Would the Empire/First Order be able to defeat the Brother Moons from Dead Space? That’s exactly the type of technology that would be needed.

Andor was pretty good.
Acolyte was a laughing riot, seriously that shit was obscenely underrated knee slapping entertainment
Ahsoka was also funny but not as much, felt more like lego star wars (Boring!)
Mandalorian was pretty good starting out but got too full of itself

All in all it's been strangulation by committee like most things
