You are put in a room with a bunch of golems and you start saying things like "Guys ... don't you think that there are a bit too many black people on screen? Nothing against them but isn't it weird" and now you've marked yourself as the neighborhood nazi/Trump voter (even if you aren't American). It's harder to explain concepts like history, culture and statistics to people and it's easier to accept "feels good virtues" such as "diversity is good". The longer this humiliation game plays the easier it is to indoctrinate people into accepting that "this is how our country has always been".
Blacks are the easiest to push because white people fundamentally feel that blacks are beneath them. Yes, even leftists feel that blacks are beneath them, they just have some conditioning to invert this thought process into "your feeling is wrong, therefore you need to invert your hatred into worship". They think of themselves as the other side of the pendulum: since the rights hate blacks, they must represent the extreme opposite and welcome blacks in every aspect of their lives.
