I haven't watched this new one, but I think the final battle between Superman VS Zod in Man Of Steel is the best depiction of somebody with this power level fighting inside a city. Especially considering Superman isn't trained in combat, and Zod views it as nothing.

There was an anon in another thread who pointed out how cameras were a central theme in this film. Essentially he pointed out that everything superman does is ultimately performative, and that truth takes a backseat to perception.
