Both were very formulaic but Brad Pitt carried F1 way harder than Matt Damon or fake british Christian Bale did in Ford v Ferrari. I liked the F1 racing scenes more as well, and while Ford was biographical so it was limited in the exact progression of the story, I preferred F1's conclusion,l with the final race.
