U.S. Agent, Ghost, Red Guardian, Falcon, Wong, M’Baku, Namora and Attuma remain on Earth-616 to defend it from an invasion. From that point on, battle erupts between Earth-616 and Earth-10005, where the X-Men reside, and they soon discover that it is all part of an even bigger plan involving Doctor Doom, the Time Variance Authority, and Loki.

There's a character named Saul Short who is a midget who comes out as a transwoman. Anyway some chud misgenders him and Brunce Banner loses it and goes full hulk and kills the chud. Then he devices some experimental treatment that turns Saul into a proper woman by growing him a body and doing a brain transplant. So afterwards Saul now Saulie gets drunk with captain america and the two have a one night stand.
