Is Pixar incapable of any human character design different than Grubhub ad now? Is the slightest bit of creativity stamped out with unrelenting force?

Grubhub is actually derived from Pixar. Pixar should have shock things up, since THEY became the default animation style, so continuing that style makes them very generic looking.
