Why is David Zaslav's pay package being cut? Should we start a GoFundMe to help him recoup the money he deserves?

Why are the Warner Bros CEO, CCO, and board of directors all so retarded/incompetent?

Unironically, why doesn't WB just invest, say, $100 million as a one-time investment to hire competent writers from HBO and DC to create a proper five-year plan? And why don't they plan ahead regarding which competent directors to hire?

They pay millions for actors — but who even cares about them these days? The "movie star" is dead. Making a real plan, no matter how much it costs upfront, would actually save them money in the long run.

Reminder:
Warner Bros. Discovery has around $60 billion in debt — about $35 billion is long-term debt, and the rest is short-term debt and other liabilities.

The majority of their films are box office bombs. Fantastic Beasts and the DCEU failed. Joker 2 failed. As far as I know, only Barbie, Minecraft, and Sinners have made money recently.

DC and Fantastic Beasts failed as franchises,( but reboots are imminent. )The CW was sold for zero dollars.

Zaslav’s salary in 2022 was $39.3 million. In 2021, it was $246 million
