The message of the first season became diluted and bastardized unironically by the elite, they were scared gotim cattle might get an actual good plot and wake up, so they dumbed the show down inmensely

Why was the writing so bad? The first season actually has sang-woo slowly go down a path of uhhh I guess 'villainy' the father of the baby literally protects it and 2 mins later pokes fucking everyone off the tower and then wants to throw the baby and gi-hun off too?
