Explain this, how do you fail to cast someone? That is manipulative language to say that someone didnt get their way. Outside of some kind of contractual obligation about roles for a studio, there is no guarantee for any casting. Like sometimes actors will do movie A if the studio then agrees to movie B...but as far as I know there isnt anything like that happening with this situation.
