Do you think it would be easier for a non-mafia person to get away with killing this annoying manlet? If you're just a normal person and you know he's mobbed up, and he starts in with his tough guy bullshit, threatening you and stuff, what would happen if you just shot him and left the scene of the crime? If the police question you, just say you saw one of his buddies do it. They'll probably believe you if they can't find any other evidenced besides witness testimony.
