>>212867719>Europe: Russia, Ukraine, Turkey>Asia: Iraq, Azerbaijan, UAE, Israel, SyriaI'm not sure what's more surprising, that Israel has been lumped in with the Global South, that Mexico and Cuba/Carib haven't, or that Hong Kong and Syria have equivalent (total) emissions to each other and just over half of Norway's.
That Japan's is that high is disturbing.
That the EU has been lumped together is... either very American or very federalist.
Unfortunately given China's yearly emission growth this chart is outdated.
>the entire world is worse than China>until China has created more pollution than EVERYONE else>or until China has reduced its population for PER CAPITA to be above American per capita because that's the highest>... China is completely innocent and any climate change is not China, in fact if only China existed, no climate change would happen at allIt would be nice if China would stop opening more new coal power plants than the entire rest of the world combined.
In fact if we were going to just say it's all a "contain China" thing, then I think it is in everyone's best interest that China is contained... why would you want to live in a Chinese world?
And if China's so great, you'd not be upset about this, because it wouldn't affect China.
