PewDiePie is a racist clown who got rich making fun of Indians online.
There’s just something weird about the whole T-Series thing. It wasn’t just “funny internet beef” , it was a rich Swedish guy calling Indians subhumans for daring to win at YouTube. Every joke was about how Indians have bad English, bad music, bad content. He made fun of them for being poor, for using cheap phones, for just existing online.
He called them bots, cringe, curry-smellers, all while knowing his fans would go harass Indian creators. And every time someone called it out, he’d go “lol it’s just a joke bro.”
But India is a real place. People there are actually trying to survive, build something, feed their families. It’s not all memes and RGB lights. Not everyone has a gaming chair and a mansion.
It was never a fair fight. Just another example of a rich white dude punching down and calling it content.
