imo they are S tier but they are incredibly rare. Most people I see that claim to have green eyes just have hazel with a yellowy tint. Actual green eyes I have seen maybe a handful of times in my entire life.

Actual green eyes are rare, most supposedly green eyed people are either a type of hazel or they're a grey color that leans towards green. I'm the latter, green+grey and they don't look special lol nobody notices them. I think you have to be good looking or have really vivid true green eyes for it to be noticed.
