If you'd told me that after season 1 aired I'd emphatically agree. After season 2 when the writers at least found their groove, I would agree that he's still carrying the show, but that other elements are picking up fast (besides Ignis, because that storyline was insufferable). Come season 3 and while I'd agree the show wouldn't work without him, the other storylines are alright...so far. Siddig's storyline so far hasn't exactly set my world on fire, but the Foundation storylines have nigh always been the weakest IMO.
