He's part of the VA union mafia which gives out all the high paying roles to a handful of people which is why we have to listen to the same VA's in every AAA game e.g. him, Steve Blum, Nolan North, Ashley Burch, etc. He even discourages people from pursuing a career in voice acting because he doesn't want to compete with new talent. Not true at all. Megan Fox doing VA for Nitara in Mortal Kombat 1. She's part of the reason that game is failing. Good voice actors make memorable characters. Bad ones, like her, ruin not just a character but an entire franchise.
