>>212953111 (OP)I had a dream and came up with this idea for a Simpson episode:
The episode starts with Springfield elementary enacting a new rule banning cell phones. The kids begin complaining. Bart is especially vocal about his withdrawal symptoms, and Lisa quips about the blessing of actually having to think for once.
On the bus, Otto is driving while clearly way too high (maybe he smoked something he found under the seat). The kids start to notice things going bad. Otto is weaving, talking to himself, and laughing at random objects on the road. Eventually, Otto takes a wrong turn onto a dirt road, and the kids realize they are completely lost. The tension builds as Otto swerves dangerously, and Milhouse yells, "We're gonna die! We're all gonna die!" As Otto nearly crashes into a tree, Bart and Lisa lead a mutiny. They demand that Otto pull over, and Otto, too out of it to argue, does so right in front of a mansion. They want to use their phones to call for help, only to realize they have none since they were banned. They try to use Otto’s but he has some weird shitty drug dealer type phone with no minutes or something.
Desperate, they knock on the door of the nearby mansion, which is owned by an eccentric, rich, and slightly off-kilter older woman, Margo Whitestone, who is thrilled to entertain the kids while they wait for help. Her house is over-the-top luxurious, complete with a massive pool, a room full of vintage arcade games, and an endless buffet of fancy snacks. Nelson gets a little too comfortable, and Ralph runs around pretending to be a butler.
