Not great, not terrible.
I'm never going to be happy because I read the clairmont/miller wolverine miniseries approximately a million times as a kid so the weird semi-adaptation just kind of annoyed me.

I've only fallen asleep twice in a movie theater.
One time was because my friend insisted on waiting for his brother so we could go watch the midnight show of inglorious basterds, and I had been up since 5am, and I just crashed hard, and then got mad I missed the movie.
The other time was The Spirit with scarlet johansen, sam jackson, and some guy. Such a shitty dumb boring movie that at one point I was holding my eyes open because I didn't want to let the movie win.

My dad falls asleep everytime we go to the movies ever since I was a kid. He gets a big bag of popcorn, eat it all in the first 10 minutes then falls asleep at the 15 minute mark and wakes up 30 minutes later. Every time. He's my only friend.

They do. Its in the after credits scene of 3 (?), charles had an identical twin brother that had been braindead since birth that he downloaded his mind into.
Of course in the comics he does have a twin he tried to kill in the womb who just became an evil psychic consciousness that eventually got a body in the form of Cassandra Nova who was a big-bad of the x-men for a while. I think she's showed up in the latest x men run.

It's the ultimate Wolverine film and the ultimate comic book film. Truly embraces the source material and medium in a way few capeshit movies do. The tedious and boring "Logan" doesn't compare to this kino.

All comic book movies are bad and this one is no exception. Everyone tries to elevate this movie beyond what it is. It's just as indifferent to the claims of logic and taste as any other capeslop film. Mangold is for lowbrows.

Want to know why studios care about second weekend drops. Wolverine Origins fell off a cliff its second weekend because it was horrible. So they brought in Mangold for this movie and it had the misfortune coming out after Origins. Why it’s always overlooked. Nobody wanted to see another Wolverine movie after Origins
