Maybe not literally Satan, but Rodney in NBK is sort of a stand-in for peak human evil. He's pretty terrifying and disgusting and I had to turn it off largely because of him while watching it on LSD. The vibes were too evil.

Also, basically the entire supporting cast of Rosemary's Baby does a great job encapsulating the weird, gaslighting/mindfuckery associated with evil/Satanism. That movie gives off such an eerie feeling.
