It was just a parking garage. Only a few people were in that building. Who cares anyway? Superman can’t save everyone. He is not an all-powerful God. He has his limits too. He couldn’t stop the truck. That would waste time and truck would probably blow him up which will stun him. Then Zod would take advantage of the situation to hurt Superman or fly away to kill more people. Superman had to keep his full focus on Zod. Not stopping trucks and getting blown up because he doesn’t want an empty parking garage from getting blown up.

Not murder. He was an islamic terrorist who wanted to kill Louis for no reason. Superman had to kill him before he shot Lluis in the head. What was he supposed to do? Peacefully negotiate? The terrorist had a gun to her head and Superman could probably sense he was about to pull the trigger. Superman can’t predict the future but he can make assumptions based on the current situation. Best course of action was to kill him quickly. It’s just the sensible thing to do. Also the guy probably didn’t even feel anything when he died. Getting slammed into the wall at that speed would be like getting hit by a high speed train. Superman did him a favor by killing him, basically allowing him to avoid jailtime torture at Gitmo for being a terrorist, and since he died in battle (the greatest honor) he goes to jannah and gets 72 virgins.

Why are people so against Superman and Batman killing? Read the original comics. They both kill.

Batman is pretty anal about his no killing rule despite being a grimdark badass vigilante. Superman i guess they'd rather see him as the cartoon versions. Fleischer and DCAU
