There's nothing admirable about this. Let's be honest, it probably always would have been shit no matter who made it, but if somebody actually tried then there's a small chance it could have been good. In my headcannon the only movie is the first one. It was left open ended with no sequels on purpose so the viewer is free to imagine that Neo went on to have exciting karate adventures and fuck robots in the ass, and none of the stupid gay shit from the rest of the movies ever happened.
