To be fair Cobes got that bearded dragon from his homeless looking homeboy. So Puff was probably destitute from the moment he recieved him. But reading up lizard owning subreddits where Puff was posted the enclosure was apperently too filthy and the heating/lighting were not sufficient. Plus the weed smoke.
Bearded dragons live up to 15 years so I doubt Puff happened to die a natural death just a few months after Cobes started to care of him.
