A friend of mine once described Animal House as "Not a funny movie, but a movie in which some funny things happen."

Do you agree?

OPs friend is most likely a zoomer who is offended by anything funny. Probably thought the zucchini scene was a violation of vegetable rights or something.

Dean Wormer and the Omegas are the funniest parts of the film. Both of them are funnier than the Deltas.
