I sort of agree. My problem with DBZ was the arrangement of characters. I think Launch should have been in it if Toriyama had only remembered she existed. And Yamcha should have had a stronger role.

Give Radditz a redemption arc and have him replace Vegeta on the z team. Give Vegeta a different story entirely. Trunks can still be Vegeta's kid, who saves the world in the future and it's the reason they don't want to kill Vegeta.
