Mine are too fuzzy to remember like some sort of weird dream but it can be excellent if you want creative inspiration. Ive noticed I can induce and artificial fever dream esque state in myself by sleeping with my AC set to a high heat and trying to fall asleep naked but with one sock on. It’s helped me write short stories and even put together a DnD campaign
