His writing style symbolizes the root issue with modern storytelling: it’s all visual- no cares for good dialogue or writing or plot set up as long as they can visually follow along and have their dopamine receptors massaged- it’s why comics and books have become more and more irrelevant as time passes in our society in favor of movies and tv shows, all the best visual media were inspired by READING and ART- now it’s the other way around, people’s brains have been warped by Satan to depreciate the natural gifts God has given them in favor for the flash of technology and programming- stand up comedy is dead and buried in favor of “skits”, because now people can’t even visualize a joke in their heads if they can’t see some moron in a wig act it out- nobody read nuanced reviews anymore just slap together a couple clips and says “mid” and boom you’re now anncredited critic in the world of entertainment

It might be because I'm not a liberal that's 24/7 doomering about how the world is literally over because of Trump, but I just don't personally give a shit about the "BE KIND" message, so that's why to me this movie is just an average mid superhero movie with pretty visuals and little substance, but the average superhero fan thinks it's a 10/10 masterpiece

when lex Luther trapped krypto by putting him a simulation of chasing squirrels I just accepted the movie runs on comic book logic and was able to enjoy it.
