I will probably get shit on here of all places but fuck it. Give the early Hesei Kamen Rider series a try, these ones in particular: >Kuuga >Ryuki >Faiz There's also Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, an American Adaptation of one of the shows. Is ok, and a good entry to it too.

>>213041485 (OP) Holes. It's also like something out of a classic mythological cycle but set in a modern era kids/family movie. I kept away from it for like twenty years because I thought it would be disappointing/retarded based on the praise it got and the first few minutes didn't grab me, but it gets slowly and almost linearly better until it all ties together in the end.

>>213041485 (OP) Those Who Hunt Elves. It's an ecchi/pervert anime series but surprisingly is less pedophilic than the average anime and you can skip like one episode and part of another to avoid all that without affecting the overall plot. It's just a cool setting and story overall.
>>213041788 Well, I'd say Psych, then. Or Jeeves & Wooster. As for films, a few random recommendations (with comfiness as the top priority): The Secret of My Success Down With Love EuroTrip Maybe also Empire Records - very comfy, though "good" might be a stretch there.
