Last time I followed anything about it, Bam threatened Tremaine's kid in some way, and that for Tremaine, there is no discussion regarding Bam anymore. But it always sounded like the rest of the crew really wanted Bam back and sober up. Pontius talked about how Bam was in the Silence of the Lambs bit in Jackass 4 and was alone in the room.
