the look she gives Jaws gives him the courage to turn on Drax
she's the lynchpin of the entire movie
Moonraker kicks so much ass. It's so luxurious with all the sets and locations and sfx and stunts, but it's not weighed down by them. It's a breezy watch that encourages you to watch again and again and soak in everything they put on the screen.

Everyone always graduates to x/blusky or facebook after your early 20s I no once I hit 20 I'm just going to quit the internet for good except for tiktok and snap so I'm here just one more year and even then I still feel a little cringe opening this site on my phone at 19.

You remembering her having braces doesn't mean she did, and other people collectively misremembering doesn't make it true either. Like literally every Mandela effect there's a pretty obvious explanation, in this case you subconsciously assume braces because it'd match with the villain's metal teeth and they grin in exactly the same way, solidifying that connection

On a side note, why are Mandela effects always the most insignificant and easily explainable shit? It's always grammar shit or minor details that psychologically trick you, it's never anything like "Hitler survived WWII" or "Dolly from Moonraker had a top hat and a clown nose"

Dolly had braces, I saw them too. The whole scene only makes sense if she had them. I don't know why only some small things slip through changed and I don't even really fully understand the process of time travel but why some people only remember it one way while the rest remember it the opposite seems strange.

because you can't really share a reality with someone who has "Hitler survived WWII" in his past timeline, too many deviations.
Insignifiants shit like dolly's braces (she had it 100% in my past), they pose no problems until you confront that exact souvenir with someone. at this point, one of the guys has to shift realities.
and for your information, shifting to different timelines is not something exceptional, you do it all the time, and by "all the time" i mean all the time, you just aren't aware of it.

I guess you can't understand the difference between mistake, misremembering and certainty. We're talking about certainty here. This was so known and certain as "Superman has a red cape" in my original timeline. Same for the Fruit of the Loom cornucopia.

They changed it, and that's a fact.

You think you saw them precisely BECAUSE it would make sense if she had them. The glasses and pigtails have that dorky girl aesthetic you'd associate with braces, this along with the idea of her having "metal teeth" of sorts fools you into misremembering too. It seems like such a missed opportunity but that's the explanation for the Mandela in the first place

As far as anecdotes go, I also have one, that being I have a friend whose niece saw Moonraker and misremembered Dolly having braces too, but this was like 2020 vs 2025 so when would the timeline shift even happen lol it's illogical

The difference between certainty and misremembering is that you can present me evidence Superman always had a red cape, while you can't present me any showing Dolly having braces.

I'm not sure this argument works
If it makes so much sense for her to have braces, wouldn't people have noticed that she didn't? Like, everyone expects her to have braces at the end when she smiles, but she doesn't. Wouldn't this lead to people discussing the fact that she didn't have braces? It's strange that they're instead all convinced that she had them and none of them question it.

You don't "expect" her to have braces the first time she smiles though. It's not that out of left field, she has dark lipstick contrasting her perfect white teeth and her and Jaws both smile in the exact same way, that communicates what it needs to and satisfies the connection between the two while still making sense why someone would add on the braces in their mind. Also worth noting nobody misremembers the other moments where she does, just that one scene in OP's post

where in the body is the heart located? what part? the left part of your chest of the center?
be cause in my timeline it was always on the left side of the chest. that's why vampire movies and cartoons had vampires get stabbed in the left side.

and doctors always checked the left side of your chest.
but now all of the sudden is in the middle of the chest. that's wrong. now it's in the very center of the chest.
that's wrong. it changed

I don't know if skeptics have very small, close minded brains or they are terrified of the Mandela effect being true.
I don't get it. there's so much proof about the Mandela effect.
skeptics have to deny literal reality.
