Last time Crossed was popular was in 2008 on /b/ for gore panels. It's garbage. Not even /co/ reads that shit.

I'm sure this won't be the last I read of this slop but I'm sure as hell not going to get tricked into watching. The Sopranos was dogshit just like /tv/'s opinions on everything.

The Punisher and Rorschach are radioactive in todays clown world. At least Rorschach just had this one dumb mini-series by that glownigger no one read but Punisher has been humiliated and castrated over and over for the past 20 years. Having Shane from The Walking Dead pretend he is Frank Castle while looking/acting nothing like him, just as a move to devalue the character, was the final nail in the coffin for this legendary character.

Preacher was kino and Battler Briton is probably his best work ever, along with his other war comics.
Crossed is alright for a while, an interesting twist on zombies, and completely unfilmable, especially in current day. The only people that could do it justice are the Neveldine/Taylor from the Crank movies, Taylor even directed a movie that's somewhat close to Crossed and goes similarly all out batshit insane

so what is Crossed's story past the initial "Eveyone acts like they're from Philadelphia" premise?
is there even a point to it beyond survival ala TWD?
