I've seen the third movie twice and I can remember maybe five minutes total of what happens in it and that's only because it was so shit it was funny

The prequels still look like garbage. The ST might make some of Lucas's idiosyncrasies more charming in retrospect, but that's different. They're still shit. They're shit in some of the same ways and for similar reasons, even.

The problem with the new sequels is that theyre too goofy, I know star wars have always been a bit goofy, thats part of the fun, but these over do it too much to the point where it doesnt feel like star wars, Kylo Ren is not scary hes just kind of a sad beta goof, while the imperials keep getting made fun of that the menacing aspect is gone.
