Because iirc every base weapon is essentially the same weapon, even if the details are a bit different. And by base weapon I mean the 3D model of the weapon, for example Malorian Overture. All Overture-type guns behave and feel the same to play, no matter if you find a lvl1 version from a street thug or a lvl50 version from a MaxTac cop.

Lots of things they promised were missing and got patched in later. Never crashed on me once on PS4. The only slight issue I ever encountered was when I'd drive fast through the city and it had to load a lot quickly sometimes it would slow down. The YouTubers making videos about how buggy it was were just riding the fad of trashing it, you can find that many bugs in any game if you go hunting for them.

I haven't played most of those games but come one Helldivers 1 and 2 are basically completely different games, only the setting is the same.
Also Halo 2 is in many ways more fun than 1 but 1 is still a way better game.
