yeah i agree. it gets a little old after the 4th or 5th time. it feels like there were MASSIVE amounts of time cut from the movie. supposedly the OG script took place entirely in the fictional world and it would have been closer to who framed roger rabbit.

i'm also a huge fuckin pinball nerd, and DataEast made a really cool LAH pinball table. My buddy owns one and i can play it anytime i want. there's a really cool articulating crane, and a super magnet under the playfield that absolutely rockets the ball in any direction

I wouldn´t say it´s kino or one of Arnold´s best but it´s certainly an entertaining movie. I believe the reason it was not as well liked back in the day was because Arnold had built his image around more stoic type of hero and more serious action movies like Conan, Terminator, Total Recall or Commando. He just wasn´t the face of family movies like this or jingle all the way at that point in time but the movie itself was not bad.
