No, thats the point. I dont understand it, so I cant tell its bad. It just serves as sort of emotive sound effects to convey tonality for the subtitles, like how in old point and clicks (or undertale if you're a zoomer) would have just duh duh duh tones in the place of voice acting. With English voice acting, I understand it and know its bad.
