I guess we're not ready for a society where a Baywatch-looking bombshell can be a Starfleet Officer. Sad. They're clearly more enlightened in the future and don't see her beauty as a sign that she's incompetent. In fact, I really like Seven's character, and I think the people who cry that all she is is T&A don't take the time to appreciate how efficient and competent she is, while simultaneously being a better version of Data than Data. Her exploration of humanity was much more enjoyable to watch, it wasn't played as comic relief.
