It is impossible for a psychopaths to have a moral code. That requires a conscience. A moral code would be killing Dexter and Morgan for spreading psychopathy. Yes, it can spread culturally. Most in the U.S. now based on daily behavior such as speeding would be classified as sociopaths using criteria of 30 years ago (it used to be almost exclusively a young male thing). Psychopaths (actively prey on/exploit others) are either in prison or very successful for a reason.

Dexter is probably going to prison. They already tried having him escape, and they already tried killing him off.
