My answer to this always was pur on weighed vest that weights 120 pounds and go do stuff in it, keep it on while you go to sleep and see how you do after a week.
I am definitely overweight, I do not have overhanging gut yet, and I still feel like shit. I cannot even imagine how miserable these blobs are every waking second, and how they can say that they are healthy at every size. Must be brazen denial of their own physical reality.

Fat does not equal unhealthy, though generally not to their degree.
Different people have evolved to be able to carry different levels of fat. Some people begin to develop chronic diseases if even borderline obese while others tank that shit no problem and outlive everyone else.
Though you rarely see really old fat people so those people are probably rare.
