it doesn't matter how good of a film thunderbolts was, it was always going to do badly in theaters because its a bunch of side characters from there less watched content. florence pugh wasn't famous enough to carry it as the lead. the real problem is they killed black widow who should really have pughs part, and hawkeye isn't in this for no reason when he absolutely should be.

what they needed to do was release a short 20 minute intro video that includes each character and what they've been in. show a highlight reel for each so people dont need to watch the entire catalogue to know whats going on.
