Doesn't matter. Several of Tony's guys had turned at that point. If he isn't killed by any of the handful of possible assassins in the diner, then there's a decent chance he gets picked up by the Feds and carted of to prison soon. If neither of those things happen, then he's left with a fraction of his crew and the highest ranking guy he's got left is Paulie, who is reasonably competent but also a truly scummy lowlife who was ready to stop paying up to Tony when it looked like he was going to die after getting shot. His "earnings" are going to be substantially diminished and without his money and power, he's just a useless, bitter asshole like his mom and his uncle
