They are ignoring everything Endgame-onwards and sprinting to the next Spiderman movie and then a Secret Wars movie that will reset the Universe.
If a character wasn't already established pre-Endgame they will get a side role or not appear at all. It's the easiest way to tie up all of the loose threads the disaster of the post-Endgame MCU has left hanging. Every single movie ended with "and then Scrimblo appeared and they're going to be BIG TROUBLE IN THE FUTURE" only to never appear again because none of it was planned out.

Its more likely they'll have the entire multiverse threatened to be destroyed and it will end with the barriers between them being more porous. That is how you introduce a new Cap, Black Widow and Ironman. They'll simply come from other universes willingly. There will be more crossover in the future. Easy way to take the heroes you know to new places, because they exist in other universes they can visit
