>>213413452I guess I'm just so used to modern media that I never even noticed it. I'd read an article beforehand about how there was going to be profanity but it never registered at all.
>>213413558The whole timeline really is fucked and full of plot holes. Part of the problem is that everybody stayed basically the same age (Bobby turned 13) for 13 years in the original run and that's a big range to calculate stuff back from, staff have said Hank was supposed to be 41 so he could have been born anywhere between '54, which would make him a middle boomer, to '67, which makes him early Gen X. It seems like they've aged him consistently with real time since S13, putting him at about 58 and locking his birth date at '67, but then Bobby should be 30 instead of 21.
Actually, thinking about it, I kinda wonder if that was the original plan. Bobby running a restaurant, his parents being gone for a decade or something, being out of touch with Connie for years, etc. all make way more sense with a 30 year old Bobby than a 21 year old one.
