>>213459809i listened to that stitches song you posted like 5 times really cool. it sounds a lot like the queen of the damned ost and i guess the singer sung on that according to the comments.
back around 2004-2005 was when i first started branching out with music while i was pretty young, was listening to stuff like static-x a lot (closest sort of vibe i can think to compare loosely to the stitches vdeo) but didnt really understand the concept of genres or how deep they went or how to find more. i would have had that on my ipod (kek) for sure.
i was still listening to the radio on my old AM/FM alarm clock up until around 2004/2005 listening to whatever was mainstream but then discovered the internet.
>>213459841>japani doubt its your thing at all but by 2007 was getting really into Jrock and visual kei shit. the makeup in the stitches video sort of reminds me very loosely of that but with an obvious y2k interpretation. i miss that aesthetic of white chrome/silver and metallic colors. recently i remembered the metallic hairgels i used as a kid in the early 2000s lmao.
i may try to bring my brother to japan on a trip sometime, ive never been there myself but there seems to be cool areas dedicated to videogames and arcades/ collectibles that i think he would have fun at for a week if it ever worked out.
>halloween kinodont make me miss the 90s and 2000s more, i miss when halloween was an actual yearly event the entire neighborhood more or less decorated for. i remember around middle school we had what seemed like hundreds of people come to our house because my dad spent the entire day decorating.
i like the local tv access aesthetic of that japanese video kind of novel and good music
