My ass it does. I've seen all the available footage of this shit already because my friend is a huge disney nerd and has been following this project since public info was available. All the latest footage looks like ass. The only stuff that looked any good at all was the sepia tone segments and the sequence from Oz's throneroom. I'm sure the perspective warping isn't nearly as bad in person because you're not looking at a hemispherical screen being warped and distorted by a fisheye lens on a camera, but just on color alone it looks ridiculous.

Cause it wasn't made for it. It does look bad, the outline looks very jarring. They should make a whole new film designed to be seen at this scale and clean it up. The wizard of oz's was itself pushing technology, but it was defined in its own medium. This too after thought.
