Nolan. A director with strengths as well as weaknesses. I've always been surprised by how bad he is at creating relationships between his characters.The only sincere relationship he has had is the one between Cooper and Murphy in Interstellar.Compare this dynamic to any other character dynamic like the couples in Tenet or Batman and Catwoman and they all feel sterile.
